- 33% of any amount up to $110,000 (if total exceeds $110,000 – 100% of overage to be collected as well at final options meeting (Bali)).

No. You will get the same price when we represent you. GL Homes does not negotiate prices or give discounts for not having a Realtor. They understand the benefit of a homeowner having a Realtor.
No. My services are completely free to you! I am paid a commission from G.L. Homes for assisting you.
Once we register you at Lotus Palm, you will have to put up a deposit with GL Homes to be entered into the lottery. GL homes will send out an email to let you know what day it will be, and you will be able to watch the lottery online. We will be present for the lottery to make sure if your number is selected from the lottery, that you get your home. We will be prepared for the lottery so when/if your name is called, we make sure we know what lots and models your prefer.
At this time, GL Homes does not plan to do Quick Delivery Homes. I stay updated on GL Homes’ current inventory and based on your needs, can assist you in selecting a Quick Delivery Home that suits those needs. Note: Promotional discounts offered by G.L. Homes on quick delivery homes may apply. Please call me for details.

- Experience and Service. I provide the following services when working with clients on new construction
- Lot Selection Selection – Even though Lotus Palm’s lot selection will be done via a lottery, the decision on choosing a lot is an important one. There is no such thing as the “best lot”, but there is such a thing as the “best lot for you”. I ensure that you understand everything you need to know about a lot before making the decisions. Exposure, placement within the community, and view are all important factors. Experience is the key and I have the experience to know what to look out for in choosing a lot.
- Upgrade Selection – We have helped numerous client’s with their upgrade selections. We can guide you on where you can save money, and what you should do through GL homes or after closing.
- Pictures and Video Video – We will be your boosts on the ground and will check up on the weekly/monthly build on your home and answer any questions for you along the way. We can and will provide photos and videos throughout the construction process for you.
